Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the personalised nature of our made-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind or incorrect sizing. However, we offer Fit Assurance for first-time sizing issues, providing a 30% discount on a replacement order. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
