Returns & Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for an exchange or provide a full refund if the item is defective.
Change of Mind or Sizing Issues
Since each item is made on demand specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind or incorrect sizing. This approach helps us reduce waste, lower our environmental impact, and support a more sustainable future.
To help you select the right fit, please refer to our detailed sizing guide on each product page. For first-time sizing issues, however, we offer Fit Assurance.
Fit Assurance for First-Time Sizing Adjustments
If you need a different size, we’ll offer a 30% discount on a replacement order within 7 days of receiving your item. This discount ensures you receive the correct fit at a reduced rate while helping us keep production sustainable. Please reach out with your order details, and we’ll provide the discount code for your exchange or replacement.
Sustainable Repurposing Initiative
As part of our commitment to sustainability, eligible items that are returned in excellent condition will be featured in our Repurposed Collection at a discounted price. This allows gently used items to find a new home, reducing waste and supporting conscious fashion choices.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalised nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective. We will do our utmost best however to provide a workable solution to all customers to ensure any financial loss is kept to a minimal.

Return & Exchange Process
Please email returns@markjames.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days to arrange a replacement, exchange, refund or alternative solution where possible.
